German Water Partnership

The companies of the German water economy are part of high-capacity and internationally competitive industries, in plant engineering, consultative engineering offices and in terms of the operators. The German water economy also offers these benefits to other countries – tailored to the requirements of the client and region, as a recognised and reliable partner. This is in addition to the undisputed competences in the research, education and training sector, in the establishment of regulations and in institutional and administrative knowledge in the water economy management of governments and countries.

The German Water Partnership is a joint initiative of the public and private sectors in Germany. Commercial enterprises, government and non-government organisations, scientific facilities and trade associations in the water sector exchange information about their activities and services through this platform. The fundamental aim of the German Water Partnership is to combine activities and initiatives of the German water economy and make German expertise known throughout the world. The German Water Partnership is the central contact point for international inquiries about the range of products offered by the German water economy.

Vacusatec joined the German Water Partnership at the beginning of April 2008 at the inaugural meeting in Berlin.

Managing partner, Thomas Deipenbrock says, “For us as an SME, it is an outstanding opportunity to advertise our technology to many countries in the world under an umbrella brand. In addition, we want to and will make our knowledge and abilities available to the partners of the German Water Partnership as well and participate actively in the further developmental work of the association.”
